![]() Topic: [DONE] Feet challenge entry - men and godPosted: 21 January 2011 at 4:31am |

Hello,
here is my entry for this week's challenge: feet. As a feet lover, I couldn't miss it :D ![]() I don't know yet if I'll add more stuff to this piece, but except for the color choice, the text, and a few other shading issues, it is mostly done. Used a reference for the legs and feet. The arm was made without reference. I must say I'm proud of this piece concept-wise and composition-wise Any flaw visible to your expert eyes guys ?? Hey damn this way my idea!, except I thought 2 feet touching eachoter. :)
Anyways awesome piece. As for critisism, I think you better anti-alias the outer sides of everything. Looks way too chippy at the moment. Here's a quick edit: ![]() And animated for you to compare: ![]() No additional colors used. Edited by Gecimen - 21 January 2011 at 6:36am |

Thank you very much Gecimen :)
I thought my lineart skills were quite good, now I realize I still have a lot to learn. I didn't really see the difference at first, then I watched closely, and noticed how much better your edit was! I'll study your edit, then reapply it myself, so I can learn AA on non-transparent backgrounds, which is something I've never done so far. It's funny you had the same idea :) Mine came gradually as I was drawing the feet. Thanks again for your time! |

Thanks for the compliments though :) |
