1. Myself, I've wanted to do a fan-inspired Halo game for a while, just haven't gotten too well on the pixel art side. If anyone cannot do this, I'll just move to plan B of my idea of creating a game based in a different universe.

2. I would like for someone to create a Spartan from the Bungie-game "Halo Reach", I would like the base to be done first (spartan holding an empty weapon) and afterward basic frames such as Running (w/ gun), Shooting, Throwing Grenade, Death, & Reload.

3. Method of Payment would be PayPal by default, $$$ is negotiable, depending on the amount of detail and frames I'll give.
