How did you animate this? It looks like you did a lot of stretching of something that you drew. The result is that it starts with 21 colors in the first frame (far more than is really needed for this) and by the 5th frame you're up to 105 colors due to blurring of the pixels. Try drawing each frame by hand instead. You don't have to start over from scratch each frame, but the changes should be drawn by hand. This should avoid having the color count increase like that.
