Hi guys,

I'm working on an entry for Microsoft's Dream.Build.Play (www.dreambuildplay.com) competition.  The game is called 'Industrial Kaosball' and is currently in a playable state.  It's a bit like the classic Speedball 2.

I really need someone willing to work on the sprites and maybe some backgrounds.  You can see some info and a couple of videos and screenshots at http://www.davetheoctopus.com/Kaosball/index.html

The sprites are 8-directional 64x64 HD resolution, designed to be played on the Xbox 360 at 1280x720 (720p).  (Actually the sprites in the videos are too small at only 32x32 so it'll look better!)

The art style is semi-cartoony Steampunk - so imagine the characters as humans with contraptions and things replacing arms, legs and heads.  Maybe with steam or pressure packs on or something.  The art style is very much up in the air so this would be a good opportunity for someone interested in developing a game's look from scratch.

I can't offer you any compensation although any prize money will be split equally among the team (currently it's just me so it would be 50/50, I'm in talks with one other person about doing some design and backgrounds so it may go to 33/33/33) and we'll come to some arrangement over percentage of any retail sales - if it turns out good enough I'll be putting it on the Xbox Live Indie for download.
