The hair is looking better now, it could use more contrasting tones though. It's looking good, keep going.

I think the hair is pretty much finished. Now I just have to figure out hands and hairbrushes, and work on the ears. Also I finally fixed the color count to be the 9 that I intended by removing the last of the stray colors from the sketching stage.
