Well, I would like to support you, because I can not make a "GIF" with this pixel-art. It is a jet engine and would like to leave it spinning.

Firstly, the outside edge is nothing but jaggies. You should really try to smooth that out:




And if you want someone to animate them, try to create each frame yourself. Once you have each frame other folks here can tell you websites or programs that you can use to create an animated gif.
