Then you'll just need to wait till it's approved... a PixelJoint mod/admin will take care of that and put it in the Joint gallery for you.

when a add mine it comes as new icons valid gif nad png      but the file is png

does that mean it ant aloud cuz i had it in bitmap and that didnt work

all files need to be gif or png, if it is larger than 100x100 then you
need a preview file aswell.

Having just gone through this process:

1- make your apartment and be sure to save with transparency.
2- make a detail copy of your apartment that is less than 100x100
pixels.
3- upload to your gallery both images.
4-wait for approval
