Hey all,
I'm working on a game using RPG Maker VX and I had wanted to make my own custom sprites for it. I'm not good with animated sprites yet, so I was hoping that some one out there might now of a good tutorial for this kind of thing, or maybe just have some good advice.
The normal sprites that VX uses are 32 x 32, but I'd *like* to make some that are 32 x 64. It also uses three fram animation (step, stand, step). I know it's not the best way to animate a sprite, but that's just how they roll I guess.
Any way, any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

Well the simplest thing you can do to learn is look at a sprite sheet. Simple mimicry isn't good for a style, but it's great for teaching why something works. Some of it is kind of intuitive too.
