I have worked with Photoshop to mention the best, and other software. I tested Pro Motion 6.

 

I went to the Cosmigo Pro Motion site and noticed it is available for $78. The link on the main page is for Pro Motion 5, but 6 is for sale.

 

It does not look like that site is maintained in any serious way. Does anyone know if the software is worth purchasing. From a professional point of view, the software is very useful today even if it is not maintained, but from a maintennance perspective, it would be nice to know if it will be supported in the future.

 

My biggest question from the community here is this. Now with Windows 7 SP1, what is the worthiness of the software for the forseeable future. Let's say I devote 2 years to learning to use it. Is there something with graphics programs as they are today, that makes this worth it, or is there something more important to look for now that would make other software better.

 

If you are a pro pixeler today. Could you please post your opinion in this thread as a comparison today August 2011 with the latest version of Photoshop compared to Pro Motion 6. Could you also please post maybe 1 image or a link to it that you created with pro motion and say whatever you think is worth mentioning.
