I'm currently doing pixel art for a game in 3/4 perceptive, but I feel the back might be a bit awkward, what do you think?

It looks less awkward if you move the head a lot higher and get rid of the black line on top of the shoulder. But yeah, the curve of the back is quite unusual. I can't imagine how the spine is bent under there. Unless those are just grotesque muscles.
