Pixel Joint Forum: Adding rep to a user's profile?

   How do I add rep or "reputation" to a user's profile, and how can they do the same for me?

There are a lot of forums that have reputation, and I also would like to add reputation to my profile with people I have worked with, etc.

	Here on the pixeljoint we are all equal, some people are just a bit more equal than others ;). To be serious: In such a small community you will get to know the active members within short time. If you are new and want to see the reliability of what someone says, the best thing to do is check out the quality of his own uploaded artwork. That is my opinion. No need of flashy buttons for reputation. Lets focus on the discussion, not the rankings!
