Long term, I would like a full tileset for a world environment and character movements, items etc.

Currently looking to see at some sample/example work, would be very interested in getting a small set to start work of common tiles (grass, water, characters etc). I'm looking for something of an older era, but I'd like to see what you come up with first, a general idea of how the game will function and interface is very similar to Ultima Online
