Hey,

I'm a professional software dev who's making a game in my spare time (I used to do games dev at uni).

Currently runs on the desktop and Windows Phone 7, I've written it with the goal of porting to iOS in mind.

So to give you an idea of the game (Don't run away when you hear this ^_^) It's a Math RPG in the style of the pokemon games ^_^

I want the game to be very tongue in cheek, here's the into I came up with:
Setting is CERN went haywire and released dangerous levels of MATH into the environment, anyone who can do math can now harness that power and convert abstract math-energy it into real science™-energy with some sh*tty sci-fi device, you start off in a school battling your classmates and earning your math license, then you have to capture free radicals of wild math and battle other people ! Special spowers are fueled by correct answer combos and speed multipliers ! There could even be an elite four ! Wooooo Math RPG

Here are a couple of notes pulled from my"Things I'd like to get in the game"

Intro - Dream in which you're a badman level mathman fighting in the rain on a cliff? Might set the tone well.

Different schools of Math, you can take your captured energy to them and they unlock different powers.

Rides a Seque instead of a bike.

You meet a kid trapping animals and trying to make them fight. He straps knives to a pig. End up getting him arrested.


Someone asked so I thought I'd mention it, I was looking for someone to do just the art assets as it didn't occur to me that people would like to do some mapping/design too, if you want to do more than artwork then that's be super cool, if you want to just do art assets then also cool.
