to complete a piece? I guess just estimates because I know it all depends on complexity, size, and color amounts, but maybe just an estimate.

I really want to sort of take any answers and use them as estimates for scheduling game development stuff.

So maybe say a 32x32 single sprite, or a say 8 x 8 spritesheet of 32x32, 64x64, 256x256 etc., thats if there is any difference between those sizes. maybe assume a limited color set, maybe no more than 20 colors.

This isnt totally important, just something on my mind.

OH... the concept art and sketching on paper or however yall conceptualize (yes im from the south) doesnt need to be included. Assume you already have a pretty solid idea of what its going to come out as.

Just the time for the pixeling, pixelizing, pixelization, pixelology.... yes still im so very weird.

Depends on your piece and your mood. Some people work faster, some work slower. The longest something took me to make is nearly a year, I also have lots of wips laying around so I guess IF and WHEN I finish them it'll be several years.

Just take things at your own pace. :)
