Love the idea and where you are right now, but it's obvious you've done one side and then mirrored it right down the middle.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing but I'm not sure if COMPLETE Symmetry is what you're going for.. I think a little antisymmetry would help your piece.

If you agree, try adding some variance to maybe the teeth (perhaps one is slightly crooked or chipped) or maybe some sort of discrepancy with the nostril hole or something. maybe a small crack on one cheekbone *Shruggs*

As for everything else,
The top set of teeth poke out at me the most as they seem to prematurely curve inwards. It seems to me that the curve should be slightly broader. You might also want to sharpen them because the top set look more like Dr.Zoidberg's fangly thingies rather than teeth. As for the bottom set, they appear to be solid for now and I can't spot anything with them.

Not so sure about the eyeball design at the moment but it's still a work in progress so I'll save my comments for now.

Not so fond of the skulls eyes, it's not that they're drawn badly or anything, I would just prefer them to be skull holes *Shrugg*

Aside form all this, I like it! seems crisp and well formed so far. keep it up =)
