I'm the producer/designer of a pretty ambitious MMORPG project that has been in the design stages for about 6 months now. Basically, I'm looking to make a MMORPG that has the RPG style of MMOs we all love, but mixes in a psuedo-fighting style (For you oldschool people out there, think Seiken Densetsu (Secret of Mana) mixed with The Legend of Zelda).

I've been a longtime web design programmer, and I've done a few games on really old established engines (RPG Maker 2000 and some on Torque), but I've never gone this far, and this time, I can't one-man it. Frankly speaking, I need spriters. Good spriters. Ones that know pixels obsessively. To avoid any future conflicts, I want to start from absolute zero and have sprites unique to the game, and I don't have the skill to do that like I've seen on many sprite sites.

If you would help, I can't guarantee cash, as absolutely none of us are paid. However, this is not a simple operation we plan to run. If you help us, we will provide you:

- Sample drawings from our artist of styles and designs,
- Templates to work with that will work with our engine,
- The ability to see your sprites in work and modify them as you please (Our engine will allow people to import their own character styles, which means you will be able to edit graphics and see them in-game),
- Access to our exclusive devbase that will allow you to chat with all of the other staff and post your work, as well as see other's work.
- If we begin charging for playing in the game, you will recieve a cut of the net profits.
- Any and all bonuses that other staff members get (Haha, I doubt that means much).

As kiddie and foolish as this sounds, I assure you this is a serious venture. You will have access to some of the best tools I and my colleagues can provide you, so if you're looking to make a huge name for yourself in the graphic community, this is the way to do it.
