Does anyone have a good tutorial on how to make a 'twinkle/sparkle' animation? I'm trying to start up a shop on Gaia Online, and I wanted to use my current avatar:

as a sample, but I have no idea how to make the stars 'twinkle'. I'd appreciate any help given! Thanks so much! - Sunnie ♥

Sunnie, I don't have a tutorial, but a common thing to do is have the star rotate and then flash big. You could use that flash you have in the center of that swirl, or do a more subtle bright pulse and shrink.

Or, you could rotate them like a Mario game, as if they were 2d hanging on a string, and maybe send sparkles off of them.
