Pixel Joint Forum: How much would pixel art like this cost?

   Hi ,

I am making mobile/web game, and to gauge total development cost, I would like to know how much pay would be appropriate for each pixel art of similar size and style(without border line) as the one in the link, with each character in the same pose.

(I also prefer the work being given in photoshop file format, though I am not sure what the best practice is among artists).
