Hi, I'm new to pixel art, and recently client ask me to create some 16-bit sprites for him (something similar to this -> http://i46.tinypic.com/xoplrr.png) and one or two animated sprites (10 to 15 frames). Problem is that I don't know how much to charge for them. Please help.

Are you an amateurish who doesn't have much leeway with charging? Do it for what you think is fair for the work done. Give him an estimate and if he just rejects the estimate, you can disregard him.

You're making art, not selling commissions.
