Our team just lost an artist, so much like the post below by Krusbert, we are also looking looking for a background artist, also for a 320x200 resolution, for a point and click adventure game in development.

The story is of a man who horribly inconvenienced by the sudden erasure of his identity, and his quest to uncover the grand conspiracy that surrounds these events.

Approximately twenty of these backgrounds would be needed, mostly set in urban locations.  Each background has very basic requirements, but there exists tremendous flexibility for an artist to express his or herself in the work.   Proceeds from this game are intended to go towards the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.

Artists will be fully credited for their work and fairly paid for their time.  We prefer paying per commission rather than by an hourly rate, but frankly, we can afford to be flexible here.

Above all else, we're looking for quotes from somebody with an established portfolio and a professional work-ethic that includes regular communication, commitment, consultation and setting realistic targets.
