Looking for long-term pixel artist for 2d tile-based RPG.  Can pay on a regular basis, lots of work needs done on a well funded project.

Tiles are 32x32, characters are 32x48 and require numerous animations.  You must be comfortable with creating detailed character animation pixel art.

Looking for someone that can develop art quickly on a 'per-request' basis.
