Yeah, looks nice. It's a bit big, and seems like you would enjoy doing NPA more, but it looks good.

Sorry, no, NPA means non-pixel art. The main reason I say this is because this piece is very simple, and you might enjoy using the brush tool from Photoshop more since that has automatic AA, and you could get a similar piece to this one with less work.

The most recent version does look like it could have been made in Photoshop or something. However, I'd say that's a testament to your quality of AA on this piece. Good job at making everything look nice and smooth (I'm assuming you did it all manually, of course).

I like the style, it reminds me of a Scott Pilgrim comic character.

I don't think you should post in here and just ask "Is this good enough yet?" though. This thread should probably be more about critiques of the ongoing creation process. As long as it meets the requirements of the gallery, and it can be seen that you paid attention to detail and quality, then you should be fine submitting it if you're happy with it. I'd say it does show that as you posted the progress you made with the image.
