The title mostly says it all. This is what I need done.

The theme of the game is Ninja.
The color scheme is simplistic, for each color you pick, dark light and the regular color(thats the limit, in order to match up with the game's current look).

I need a few Npc's created.

32x64 size base images are provided. And from that I need something unique made to suit these npcs.

Npc- Lottery Keeper
Npc- Ninja Master(different variations according to class type)
Npc- Black Market Dealer / friend invite.
These don't need to be animated, but if you feel inclined, the limit of frames is 3 per character.
1$ per frame.

I don't have any specific thing in mind for these npcs, as long as they don't look alike and they are unique with designs that fit their role.(Basically as long as you can't really tell so much that the same base was used, and it looks unique)

The following Npcs needed are animated, and have specific roles also in the game as enemies.

Npc- Bandit- Carry a Dagger, facial scar, tanned skin.
Npc-Samurai- Carry a Sword, clad in samurai armor from head to toe.
Npc- Tengu (Bird man) their face is covered in a tengu mask, they have feathers coming from their arms and birdlike claws for hands.
Npc- Elemental- No weapon. Made of Elemental Energy. They are slightly transparent, characters made up of energy. I have a reference pic for the look I want them to have.

Bases will be provided for the animated characters as well, so really all you will have to do is edit the clothing/changes onto the character for each frame.

Since this requires a little concept work , yet the bases are provided , the color work is very simple and for an experienced artist this won't require much work I'm offering 1 dollar per frame. This price is NON negotiable, I'm not a big game company, I don't have a budget or funds, this is coming strictly from my own pocket-thus from my own private "allowance" that I give myself weekly.. (no movies for me.. lol). If that price is acceptable to you please feel free to get in touch.

The price total for the whole set is 13 dollars for each Enemy, and for each Npc, 3 dollars if the optional frames are done, bringing the total to 61 dollars.

I would need these done by asap. With a 10$ bonus if they are finished before or by the 26th of Monday.
Which could potentially bring the total up to 71 dollars.
