Pixel Joint Forum: GraalOnline Tileset

Hello! My name is Sylvia, and I come from a game called GraalOnline. I'm sure plenty of you have heard of it before, if not, take a look @ http://www.GraalOnline.com 
Anyways, on to the point. I'm currently creating a tileset for that may or may not be used on a GraalOnline server, based on how well it looks. So basically, I'm searching for a couple of graphic artists to help me create 16x16 tiles to help complete the tileset quickly, with quality. The main theme of the tileset is fantasy and medieval. The whole tileset is 1952x512, but I don't plan on having every pixel filled up with a tile, but the more tiles, the better. The position I'm offering will require you to work on the tileset for a significant amount of time every couple of days.
