I am looking for a pixel artist to animate 3 32x32 characters for my upcoming indie iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) rpg Dungeon Plunder

I need for each character 4 directions in isometric format with 4 frames of animations on each direction.

Now the important part: I'm an indie hobbyist on a tight budget so this is probably more suited for starting folks who wants to build up their portfolio to include a game that will be released to the public soon. This is not another big project starting up with little chance of being finished
