   My team has begun work on a new 2D RPG, and we need a team of pixel artists.

Unfortunately, I am not able to pay you until my Kickstarter project gets funded. I do have some popular YouTubers, like Toby Turner, helping me out with advertising for this project, so I have no doubt that this project will be successful. (Projected launch date: January 1, 2013)

Where it gets sticky is that I need a working demo to make my video, and to let hype grow for this game. My goal is to raise at least $25,000 for art, coming out to $5,000 to $10,000 for each artist.

I do not need high quality graphics for the demo; I just need something to work with.

	Wouldn't it have made more sense to have the demo up and running before you launched the kick-starter? Do you have a link to the kick-starter so we can see what the game is about? Also how much work would you expect to get in return for each of the $5000 given to the artists.

	I think you've misunderstood; I have not yet started my Kickstarter. I am going to use the proceeds from that to pay for artists.
