So over the past few weeks i've been working on this piece maybe about an hour at a time, randomly, i'm looking to finish it but I need ideas on how to improve

E.g like blood on the teeth or eyeballs etc

I see the biceps shading a little bit flat. Also you could make the teeth, mouth and eyes deeper.

Adding depth to the mouth (the black area) might help, too. And yeah, the biceps look flat with rounded edges.

Oh, also, make the torso darker. It's further at the back than the head / arms, and is overshadowed by the head, so it should be darker than the rest.
