Hi, my name is Cameron. Alias is TakeOut which is my site which
currently isn't up at the mo but will return soon (I hope). You can

Yello... I'm zach, an newb at pixel art & not good at all either. I'm 16, Sophmore in HS, and live in Louisiana. And my hobbies are pixel art (of course), game programming, and collecting dice>>hence the name, Prince of Ivories... Plus, I was wondering if anyone knew of a really good tutorial book/website I could find, because I'd like to cover the basics of pixelling before I went into more complicated art. Get simple stuff like curves, dimensions and lighting...whatever. Anyone got any good advice, I'm open for suggestions. ZZZzzzzzzzzz

Hayyy..yy... Strange that I hadn't seen this yet. Well, I'm Greg in real life. You could call me Gregory, but then my inclination would be to cause your imminent destruction. As far as pixelling goes, I've worked on it for... about a year now. I've got a few months worth of regular old C programming, a few more months of HTML, soon some javascript, and I also can do Gamemaker. I have no picture, cause I want no licking of the screen. (Haha, you know I'm kidding). And a deep hidden secret of a not-very-active member of this site. They're the reason, indirectly, that I came to this site. www.aspereta.com No worries, guys, its a game, and there are two players of it and one worker on it on this site. I really doubt I was allowed to advertise like that, but thank goodness for the edit button. Oh my, almost forgot critical info. I'm 16, and a guy. Hey... the names Kim. Before you ask, I'm a guy. Anyway, I've been in love with snes graphics since i was like... really young. I loved my snes so much that when playstation and N64 i came out, i didn't care. I'm 17, I love music & art and drama. My idol is Bob Marley and I HATE pop music... basically anything that makes it to the charts is a major taboo for me. Gimme the old stuff over new crap any day. Glad to be here. Hey there stumbled over this thread by luck. I'm from Germany/Hamburg
and will be 25 in a week (damn becoming old too). While I've pixelled
now and then over the years I've only started truly pixelling about
half a year ago. What can I say I'm really into this now. Right now I'm
still studying at an artschool for at least another year (I'm not
really in a hurry). After that I would love to do the pixelthing
professionally. So I try to improve and improve...

messing around with MS Paint and its predecessors for many years, but

Hell yes, my b-day was on April 27, I turned 14.(Ya i', young, so what.) I will take some pictures of me sometime and post them here. I will post some pictures of me with long hair, then after I cut it all off. I cut it off a few weeks ago. Wait until you see the difference. But, back to me. I play the drums, the guitar, and the bass. I play soccer (It's the only good sport besides lacross.) I love pixeling. I live in Texas. I am one sexy beast if you've ever seen one. Ya. Who doesn't like math anyways??? I don't like science as much because all my teachers i ever had for it were retarded. I mostly like my Visual Basic class (even tho no one likes to use it and it starts bad programming habits) with all my friends in it. (and my brother taking it again for fun)

Guess I oughta say hi. I'm known as Wolverine, been known on the
net a couple of years mostly from Pixelation. Living in Cambridge
in England (not outta choice) and gonna be 26 in August. Favorite
games include Street Fighter II/III/Alpha, the Guilty Gear series, GTA
VC/SA, Garou - Mark of the Wolves (yet I don't like KoF at all), Super
Mario Bros 3 and World, Robotron, Secret of Mana and can't stand
anything with Sonic or any Final Fantasy cept maybe 6. Musically
love Nine Inch Nails, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Cash, Jimi Hendrix, Led
Zeppelin, Lacuna Coil and so on.

Hi all, My name is Jon, I'm 15 and from a town called Abingdon which is in Oxford in the uk, I've been doing Isometric Pixelation for about 4 years. My favourite games are mostly MMOs, such as City of Heroes, Worl of Warcraft, Guildwars and Phantasy star online, I also play Strategy games and RPGs. My favourite bands are KoRn, Metallica, Marilyn Manson, Rage against the Machine and System of a Down. Guess that's it. Take it easy. |
