This is the first time I have ever attempted to contract out work like this so if anyone has any recommendations on how this should happen, feel free to let me know.

What I need:
* 50-60 different creatures ranging from a Rat to Bear to Pixi to Troll to Dragon to Manticore. (I'll provide a full list later)
* For each creature I will need several stages of growth. Baby, Young, Mature, & Ancient.
* Should be on the cartoony side while not being excessively kiddy? Let me know if that's to vague. I can try to google some examples if needed.
* Size should be an inch to 1.5 inch.
* The art style from creature to creature should be consistent.

Through out the process I would expect to be able to see rough designs for each creature before they are fully fleshed out to save any issues where a design is very different from what I had in mind.

I have no concept of how much a project like this should cost me so in your response please include an example or two of your work as well as a rough estimate for what you would expect to be paid for 200+ small art pieces. There is potential that additional creatures may be requested in the future so please feel free to go by image or group it all together. Ill be choosing the best quality I can get for the best price.

The way this would ideally happen is after I see some previous work from a few people you would be able create an example or two of what you would expect the final products to look like.

Finally, The art generated will be used in a new feature I am adding to a privately run Minecraft server that takes in donations to help keep the servers running that also creates a bit of profit, as these will be used in a feature that could potentially generate some income I will need to have full rights to the art once paid for.
