I am a game developer and I am looking for 2D/3D artists to co-found an indie game studio in the Sacramento/Folsom area. I have released mobile games to the Apple App Store and Google Play on my own. Now I am looking for artists to join forces and create beautiful, fun, engaging and delightful mobile games that we are all passionate about.
I have worked on previous projects with 2D/3D artists and musicians from all over the globe through Skype. As fun as that was, I am looking to work closely together with artists so we can make amazing games together and feed on each others creativity, ideas and strengths. Letting the art influence the code and the code influence the art. I believe that if we all own a part of the studio and a part of the product we are working on, that will let all the passion flow into the game and we will be able to create something much more personal and exciting than it can be possible with contract work. I am looking for 1 or 2 people that are incredibly talented on the following areas: - Character/Environment Concept/Final Art - 3D Modeling - Character Rigging/Animation - User Interface Design (2D) and Asset creation - Storyboarding - Experience using Unity3D is a nice plus! If you have most or all of those talents, please contact me with your portfolio/website so we can create awesome games! Cheers! Note: I have used and plan on continue to use the Unity3D game engine for our future projects. It is an incredible engine with a fantastic community. Plus their conferences are always fun! |
