How to post a file larger than 100X100 pxls?

What is this detail image?

In the case I need to post a large file, where to put the file in the upload screen: small file field or detail image field?

Post the larger than 100x100 in the detail and make an icon 100x100 and put that in the other box, oh yeah the icon can be smaller than 100x100.
