Im making an avatar community that will be a Kickstarter project once it has enough of a footing a ground.

A little background story on what the project is:

Basically its an avatar community. There are several(and soon enough several hundred) items, outfits, and pets that you can dress your avatar with. Now this is like a lot of other avatar communities except a few concepts I hope will really make people enjoy using the website. First, users can contribute their own artwork. We will have a tutorial on how to properly make an outfit, pet, or item with dimensions and visuals so users have a guide. After, the work will be accepted or denied and if denied, will be given the reason(s) why so they can improve the work and resubmit. Secondly the avatars are more mature than the other communities. I think making them look 7 years old is cute too but every community does it. Either way eventually we will make a social game out of this where people can enter other players areas(not sure if itll be a room, house, or house with exterior and interior settings) and chat with one another, trade items, etc.

that being said, this is what im looking for:

Building artist. Im not sure if i want a fantasy forest setting or a suburban/city setting yet but i DO need an artist so whomever is interested ill probably figure out what i want in a couple days and we can discuss the options.

Outfit artist. This will be fantasy anime style. Im looking for details and originality not a shape with a quick fill of color. Shades, ruffles, curves, all of it.

Item artist. again the same above, but someone might only do items and not outfits so ill separate them. If you do both please let me know.

Pet Artist. Anime styled pets or cute creations, Im partial to little blobs with just eyes i think theyre adorable.

Now i mentioned kickstarter before as i cant pay until the project is done. Now when it IS done, youll get payed very well for your work. Im prepared to pay 10-20$ per item, 30-50$ per outfit, 30-100$ per building piece(if its a room with two walls and a floor it ill only pay about 30$), and 15-30$ for pets. Im very organized, and i will keep track(as im sure so will you) of your work and what i will owe you if the project succeeds.
