If I am not mistaken, newer submissions were already approved, so I kindly ask to:
 
1- approve it
or....
2- Refuse it, so I can work on it. If it is the case, I'd love to know the exact reasons for the rejection.

Sorry, but it's not good enough. Try reading some tutorials, and try again. If it looks half-decent, I'm sure it'll get through.

And there were other pieces that were pending even longer than yours. If and admin isn't sure about the quality of a piece, he/she usually does nothing to see if the others can make a decision. Looks like we all had that idea this time though.
