I recived a message that my post http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/78772.htm needs to be revised. I see no reason why. It is even part of a pair and the other post went through just fine. -> http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/78773.htm
They were both made with the same technique and quality.

The reason the second pixel was not added was because of the use of semi transparency layers in the water animation.
