Hello guys!

Been popping in and out of this community for a little bit these past few days to weeks reading up on the tutorials posted here. A lot of great tips and tricks for sure!

The issue or questions I'm having is when it comes to spriting or making pixel people. Right now, this is my graphic I have:

I used a graphic sprite from the game Knights of Pen and Paper as my base to get me started somewhere. I did make this graphic placing each and every pixel myself. What I'm looking at here is some criticism on what I did well and what I didn't do so well and how I might actually get around to doing these sprites better in the future.
