	It looks really nice. The only thing I would change is maybe put a lighter color in the center of each leaf to make it pop out more.

	Sweet. Congrats on your first grass tile. It's going to be much easier to critique a tile like this if you look at it in a tiled context. You might want to post thing again in a 6x6 tile image. That way you can see if it looks too repetitive. At the moment, with the circular arrangement of forms I'm guessing that it's going to look pretty tiled. Make some more! You'll figure it out as you go along. :)
