a word of advise: for the ammount of work you're asking, you might as well offer a proper payment because its literally "too much for absolutely nothing".

specially if you're setting your expectatives as high as the image you posted, plus animations and everything else.

That's ridiculously rude and self-absorbed of you.
Firstly, if it's unpaid, then say it
in the first post, or at least use the [unpaid] tag on the topic name.

This is an extremely large scale project, and it's unlikely you will find people to work with that for free, mainly because people who do have the talent and time will rather work on their own projects, or in paid projects. That's not to say it's impossible to find someone that will take interest, it's just that it's far easier for you if you first make a project that, you know, you can finish by yourself.

Also I'd like to point out there is no deadline. We will work on this NOT under pressure for however long we need, with their comfort level.

Well, try to imagine how I feel when I resort to going onto an online forum I was suggested that I've never heard of with the purpose of hiring independents that don't need pay to do something they're interested in, only to be turned around and sent somewhere else because I don't have enough money to tuck into people's pockets instead, and then get called self centered because of it?

"With proper goals and a proper sense of budget"? We're ALL doing this because we want to, which is why none of us have even brought pricing up, because we know we just want to share it. Each of my group has a different hobby, or occupation besides the role they play in our team. I'm a musician, with musician goals and a musician budget, besides the money used for food. I understand priorities are the key here, but this isn't something I'm dropping everything for and devoting my life to, and I'm not asking anyone to do the same.

and lol, go work a few months of salary? Sure, let me just go out and get a job, no problem. I'll just walk into the job store and buy a job. I'll even buy the Platinum job to assure I can just get up and job around without even have graduated high school yet, with no work permits. Why didn't I think of getting a job before? I mean, it's not like that's literally been right in my face since I started sophomore year.

But regardless, I'll repeat myself. If I had money to give, I would genuinely be willing to give it, as I'm usually very generous with my money, but as I said, I do not have any.

This is actually pretty common, especially for such a new user. It's just that most of us expect you to make an account, post your stuff, hang around the community - or at least have some kind of portfolio - before trying to engage people in one's projects, mostly due to credibility.~

Take it as a lesson.

you should be aware we have nothing personal agaisnt your project, nor agaisnt you. people here values his time and work and for that reason you cant just expect people do it for free because you're a nice guy/have a cool idea. someone might lend you a hand, but for practical purposes, most people who take their work and dedicate themselves have no reason not to charge for their work if its worth it. most also do make a living out of this.

you value your time and effort, so do we.

at this point, i highly doubt anyone will take a shot at this, so i'll leave any arguments out as to why things just went terrible. might as well try your luck somewhere else or as i said, learn on your own to create the graphics your team needs.

tl;dr: you're asking for a favor.
