Pixel Joint Forum: Pixel Water

Message

   So a friend of mine has asked me to create a pixel wave icon, the water kind, though no matter how many times I try to do a water texture it never seems to look like water.

I've briefly searched other sources for a tutorial, but I could not procure one that would be useful to me.

If someone has a suggestion I am open to ideas.
