This piece has been waiting to be added but the votes are not going so well. You are new and learning so its ok but the major overall problem is that in the piece you submitted its not quite pixelart enough. This updated piece you have here is far better.
Pixelart should show control of the pixels (the beard in the update).
Oekaki needs no control of pixels and is more like drawing with no control (the beard in the queue waiting to be added).
Take some time to look and read cure's pixelart thread in the resource section. If you have questions and anything does not translate to your language just ask here.
