I'm looking for a pixel artist for an android game.

I need background, decorations and character art. The timeline is pretty flexible but less than a month would be best.

Backgrounds:
-Around 170px tall,
-Need to tile smoothly and separate into planes
    -foreground, middleground,background, sky
-Plains transitioning to foothills, to grassy mountains        and back

Character:
-max 55px tall
-(~6 frame) animations for running, jumping, and throwing

Decorations:
-Cow (2-3 frames)
-dancers (2-3 frames)
-log
