![]() Topic: Art Submission IssuePosted: 24 February 2014 at 1:19pm |

Hello there.
I'm really sorry to bother with what looks like such a basic question, but I looked into the FAQ and tutorials and couldn't find an answer to my problem. I am new to Pixel Joint so the solution might be obvious to you guys. I tried submitting a work and since the picture is quite large, I uploaded a preview in the 'Small Image' section and the full-size picture in 'Detail File' section. The problem is only the small image is displayed in the preview frame as well as when the art link is opened. No sign of the full-size picture. I must have done something wrong, but I can't figure out what. Here is the link to said art, for better understanding of my problem. Link here Edited by Nikuichi - 24 February 2014 at 4:22pm |

Hey, thanks for answering.
I already saw this tutorial but it does not seem to help. I uploaded the big image in 'Detail file' and the preview in 'Small image'. The image displayed as my preview is the small one but the image displayed as my big image is also the small image. Edited by Nikuichi - 25 February 2014 at 4:24pm |

I can only suggest to retry... Click the "Edit" link, and re-upload the detail file.

Unfortunately, I tried editing it several times or uploading it as a new submission but both failed.
Maybe is it because my image is really large. Its resolution is 1366*768. |

Try a smaller image(maybe cut in half?) and let us know.
Its possible PJ has an art size limit that you've discovered :/ |

I followed your advice and it did work. My full-size was way too big for PJ to handle.
*Note to self : don't upload 1366*768 images* Thanks a lot for helping ! |
