Hey guys, it's me again. :D
So, I submitted this

three days ago, and it's been slowly going stale in the Public Queue. I'm looking for tips on what I can do to get it approved/improved.

I thought the anatomy was alright, so is it the shading?

It should get in in a day or two. Voting has been low.
I suspect its your color choices which are kind of garish and maybe too yellow. Maybe a more orangy color to shade and cleaning up some of the harsh jags like in the thickest part of the tail and by the eye area.
Single pixels misplaced can turn viewers off. Take that single dark pixel in the crotch area. That displays 'lack of control on the pixel level'.
Since you made a WIP thread maybe spend a few minutes polishing it up?

Oh ouch, you're right. I forgot that screen brightness is different monitor to monitor. :P"" (I keep mine at about 50% lowest brightness because I spend so much time on it)

Alright! Darkened her up a bit, fixed the crotch pixel, and did some AA(?). That does look better :O

Not really sure what to do about softening the eyelashes up, though.

EDIT: Also made her freckles more orange.

I don't know if it is better since I did not see the original.
The color yellow you selected is my absolute favorite, I love it! The shadows could possibly be slightly more orange-y but depends on your taste.

Nice trying with the AA, but if I were you I'd remove it. Since it has a transparant background there might be people viewing it on a dark surface and then the AA will be completely ruined.

As for the orange spots (freckles?), they look weird. Either define them better, make a clear texture, or get rid of them. Now they just read as noise.
