hey guys. ran again. this time i ran 4 km in 12 minutes (actually 9-10 cuz some retard stopped me by the roadside cuz he thought i was dangerous, beng dressed all black in the dark on the road. blah) then a walking break of 5 mins.  and then another 1,5 km finished with a 100 meter semi-sprint (damn that took alot)

oh and i broke up with sooz. she doesnt want to tell me what's not working for her. and at the same time i think it's because she is getting coupled with some gay-hentai-reading-(literally does that)-guy-with-a-rug-om-his-back-guy by a girl who likes the aforementioned rugboy but is to frikkin sh*tty to tell him and who hates me like sh*tstains on a muffin. gah.

i should correct myself. she dóes still like me. might even turn out well again -wink- just need some time i think. i could understand. ah well, i'll keep you up-to-date
