Hello. I am the lead developer of the Elysian Shadows project.

We fuse aspects of 16-bit classical RPGs such as Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, and Final Fantasy, with a highly stylized, modern vision by using dynamic lighting, physics, particle, and audio engines. Our goal is to create a "next-gen" 2D RPG.

We have developed our own engine and entire development suite, and we currently run on Dreamcast, Windows, Linux, OSX, Droid, iOS, and OUYA with plans for many more.














Elysian Shadows has been under development for a few years, and is an internationally acclaimed project. We have had runaway success with our YouTube web series called "Adventures in Game Development" which is basically a game development reality show we have been producing over the last couple years.

We are an extremely serious, established project with a gigantic audience, and we are readying ourselves for an all-out Kickstarter campaign this summer, which it looks like we honestly have a very good chance at succeeding at.

We are currently looking to hire a second pixel artist. We are not looking to simply hire someone as a contractor and give you a list of assets to create. We are looking for someone who can become a full-time member of our team and help bring this project to life and make it their own, not someone who is just looking for a quick paycheck. We want you to become involved with our team, our community, and our YouTube videos... This is a gigantic opportunity that nobody on this team takes lightly. We are all following our dreams here, and we hope to find someone with our same level of passion and ambition.

We can currently offer a modest payment, with the promise of a pay increase after the Kickstarter. You are investing in us to invest in our future.
