Well that was a tricky topic to write out!

So I'm participating in the Space Cowboy Game Jam that itch.io is doing. It just so happens that the game that I wanted to make next falls nicely into that category.

Anyway, I'm working with smaller (read: more cute/more difficult) sprites for this and I wanted some feedback on the character I'm working on. I seriously hate making run cycles, but I feel like I'm getting better.



Update: Got the running, idle, and jump in.


The jump is done with code in this, but I'll probably just try to duplicate the look of the spin (I like that it's sort of triangular) in regular PA.

Looking for some constructive feedback. Thanks in advance. I'm really hoping people like this game when it's done. I ONLY GET TWO WEEKS!!! O_O
