I uploaded an effects animation called Deathsplosion around a month ago and it was deemed unsatisfactory and in need of revision due to the green background (even though this "serves [the] purpose" of making it visible on the dark background of this site that I use anyway.

I edited it and removed the background color shortly afterward. I think I've fixed what was causing the hold-up, but it's been about a month and it's still not accepted. Since the message I got came from "System" I have no clue who to talk to about this other than posting here.

well pretty sure I did already, but went back and pressed Submit again.
