Pixel Joint Forum: trying to make grass tiles

   I'm trying to make some tileset assets (just for practice), but I've never really tried envorments before.

I'm currently making ground/grass tiles, here is what i have so far;

I think they look okay, but something seems off..? Are they too noisy, or maybe the pattern repeats too much?

any suggestions or critique would be greatly appriciated, thanks

	I would consider playing around with the color of the dirt/ground. To me it looks like it's jumping off the screen and looks like an orange ooze. I think the grass looks pretty good, nice and full… reminds me that I need to mow my lawn. :)
