The shape is very ambiguous. I didn't know what I was looking at until I read your description. Look at how the tubes look in this picture:
It's distinct, and you know for sure which way it's facing. Be sure to use shading to show the position of different faces more distinctly. Look up on Google about pixel art shading if you don't know where to start. There are hundreds of tutorials out there, but the main thing you need to do is to try to finish this if you're thinking of doing more pixel art in the future. Don't give up, this is a good concept, and a great one to start out with! Good luck! |
