Hi there! It seems that this mage, your villager, and your ninja all belong to the same project. It'd be really helpful for us all to see them all on the same topic rather than scattered across the forum.

For this one, I'd say you have to really cut down on your colours, as there are a great deal at this point. The gradient-ish on the chest could be simplified a whole lot, and it doesn't seem to be effected by the cape around it. Where are the shadows? Also, the cape itself has some heavy banding along its edges. Take care to avoid this effect, it makes it harder for the eye to make up details in between pixels.

Other than that, the silhouette is very nice, and the design is simple but effective. Good work and keep it up!
