Sometimes a pixel misses the deadline for one reason or another and once the deadline passes cannot be added.

Your pixel had a pending question regarding the possible use of the spraypaint tool usage on the sky that went unanswered :(

Even if the spray tool was not used in the sky I think the canvas size on this pixel is too big for you to handle at this point. If your canvas had been half the size you would have had better control overall.
Adding a bit of the grey color on the highlights of the creature would have been a smart thing to do too.
